What Sank Can Rise Again: The Power of Faith and Restoration

When the axe head fell into the water, the disciple panicked and cried out, “Master, it was borrowed!”

But Elisha was not anxious at all. He cut a stick and threw it exactly at the place of loss and the iron floated!

That stick was a foreshadow of the finished work of Christ on the Cross. And notice this: the Scripture does not say God made the axe head float. It says “Elisha made it float.” The miracle surfaced through Elisha’s faith-filled action aligned with Heaven’s provision.

Then Elisha said, “Reach out and take it.” The miracle was within arm’s reach.

Today, the Lord is calling you to stop staring at the loss and start releasing faith at that very place. Because of the finished work of the Cross, what sank can rise again. What seemed gone can resurface. In Christ, your miracle is not lost… it is fully restored, though perhaps hidden from your sight for a moment.

Your breakthrough is closer than you think.

Reach out and take hold of what grace has already made available for you.
